If we are unable to repair your eyeglasses, we'll notify you by either telephone or email.  Your eyeglasses and your payment will be returned to you at our expense.

In some rare instances, extensive repairs may be needed. In this case, we'll notify you of the estimated price before any work is done.

At your option, we'll either repair your eyeglasses for the price we give you or we'll return your eyeglasses and your payment.
